"The MedaCube is one of the best purchases we ever made. My wife was filling the seven day plastic prescription holder for her brother routinely but it just wasn't working. For whatever reason it wasn't unusual for her brother to skip days, take an entire days meds at one time, take two separate days at one time. It was extremely frustrating and, frankly, dangerous for his health. Those worries are over now. The MedaCube is programmed to dispense the proper meds at the proper times, he takes what's prescribed at the right times. We can check/program the MedaCube remotely, we're notified if any meds are low, etc. In general the worries are gone. Another good thing, we've configured the MedaCube so that he can't make any changes to its programming. He's notified when to take pills, he dispenses and takes them and life goes on. No confusion or concerns for anybody. Another benefit, as we learned how to setup the MedaCube, their support responded promptly and clearly. A real confidence builder."

Managing a complicated medication regimen can be daunting, and when timing a dose, accuracy is critical; having this device is incredibly helpful. Support for these devices is just as helpful. When one of our devices started behaving poorly, the support team was quick to get everything back up and running with so little fuss, I was reminded again why I switched from a competitor to MedaCube."
Needs remote APP to control.
"Machine working great so far. To make it a five star would need to Ceate an APP for remote control. Also when I ordered it took a phone call to find out order was never shipped even thoughour money was deducted from our account right away."
Great Software. Hardware not so good.
"For $2500. 00 plus, you would expect a more solid and robust product. The software is great but the build quality and the materials used to build it are is very flimsy and cheap. It even sounds cheap and is quite noisy when running. It would definitely wake you up while it is running and sorting pills. These is zero sound insulation, The cabinet is made from flimsy cheap materials. It does not sound good while running. It sounds like it is under stress while running. I hope it lasts longer than it sounds it will last. Build it from more robust and quality matterials and add some sound dampening materials, I would not mind paying an extra five or six hundred bucks for it. It just looks, sounds and feels like a cheap flimsy imported procuct that might last a year or two. This is my opinion and maybe I am a little bias because I manufacture parts for Aeroplanes and they have to be top quality, solid and last forever."

"Machine malfunctions a lot for the price! The caregiver function is close to useless as it requires you to be standing in front of the machine. If I was always there, I’d just dispense her meds. There is no app, you can access via a portal but you cannot control anything."
